About SkillTude

A young specialist firm built on experienced recruitment expertise.

SkillTude is a new specialist technology search firm. What sits behind it is not new: years of hands-on recruitment experience across the environments where technology hiring is genuinely hard.

Who we are

Young as a firm. Experienced in the work.

SkillTude was founded to do specialist technology recruitment properly — focused, context-led and honest. As a firm, we are early in our story, and we say so plainly.

The expertise the firm is built on, however, is deep. Our recruitment approach is grounded in extensive experience hiring across very different environments, each of which teaches something the others cannot.

14+years of recruitment experience

SkillTude is led by Miju Mukund, who brings 14+ years of recruitment experience to the firm. That experience spans technology recruitment — including areas such as software and product engineering and broader technology talent — across startups, agencies, enterprise and global businesses.

It is this hands-on background, across markets including the GCC, that shapes how SkillTude runs a search: context first, relevance over volume, and a genuine stake in whether the right person actually joins.

What we believe

Our view on technology hiring

A few convictions shape every mandate we take on.

01

The problem matters more than the profile

Great technology hiring starts with understanding what the role must change — not with matching keywords on a résumé.

02

Relevance beats reach

A small, genuinely relevant shortlist is worth more than a large one. Volume is easy; relevance is the hard, valuable part.

03

The best people are rarely on the market

For critical roles, the person you want is usually not applying. Reaching them takes specialist mapping and a direct, respectful approach.

04

Joining is the real outcome

A search only succeeds when the right person actually joins and stays — so we stay engaged well past the offer.
